MENOPAUSE: THE ART OF MOVING THROUGH CHANGE
Strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through Pilates.
A supportive, full-body Pilates class for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Each class combines strength-building and weight-bearing movement with balance, mobility, posture, breath, and deep-core coordination. As you move, you’ll learn why selected exercises are particularly valuable during this stage of life and how a consistent movement practice can support the changing needs of your body.
The program may vary from class to class, allowing us to explore topics such as maintaining strength, supporting healthy bones, improving balance, managing stiffness, protecting joint mobility, coordinating the pelvic floor and core, and moving with greater confidence.
This is an ongoing class—not a one-time workshop. It offers a comfortable place to begin, ask questions, understand your changing body, and discover how these same movement principles continue throughout The Key Collection classes.
GOOD TO KNOW: Every woman experiences menopause differently. Exercises can be adapted for your current energy, comfort, balance, joint concerns, and movement experience.
This class provides movement education and is not a substitute for individualized medical care.Beginner-friendly.
No previous Pilates experience required.
